The Otemu Educational Foundation's intention to partner with Western Delta University is a strategic move aimed at transforming the lives of indigent students from Delta State. By collaborating with Western Delta University, the foundation seeks to provide scholarships, mentorship, and the access to quality education, fostering leadership and community-driven change.

This partnership aligns with the foundation's mission to empower Delta State youths through education. Former Delta State governor, Chief James Onanefe Ibori, launched the Otemu Educational Foundation to provide educational opportunities for young Deltans who lack access to quality education.

Indigent students aged 16-22 from Delta State, Nigeria, with at least 5 credits in WASCE/NECO, a minimum JAMB score of 200, and a commitment to studying at Western Delta University, Oghara.
