Indigent students aged 16-22 from Delta State, Nigeria, with at least 5 credits in WASCE/NECO, a minimum JAMB score of 200, and a commitment to studying at Western Delta University, Oghara.

Applicants must submit their personal information, guardian details, academic results (WASCE/NECO certificate and JAMB result), and any supporting documentation proving financial need.
